Riley manufacturing is pleased to announce the introduction of its new 4300C Slasher Saw. Designed tough to meet the needs of loggers in a variety of applications, the 4300C is not your typical slasher saw. The saw frame base is made from 4x 6 high strength 3/8 wall steel tube. Additionally, all uprights and cross bucks are made from 3/8 wall steel tube making this saw frame the strongest built frame on the market. The result is a much stronger and more durable saw frame that will last longer in the field and hold up better in the toughest logging conditions. Saw frames can be ordered in Flat, V-buck, Extended Chassis, or Stair Stepped configurations with or without the Folding Rack Option.
The 4300C also offers outstanding productivity and low operating cost. The 4300C slasher features a 58 wide bar mounted with (4) - _ bolts. It also features a standard chain oiler pump and the Exclusive Riley Chain Re-railers. No longer do loggers have to stop production to fix a derailed chain - simply raise the bar and run the saw motor and the chain will automatically re-rail itself.
Riley is the only manufacturer to eliminate placement of the saw bar cylinder from behind the saw bar. Riley has placed the saw bar cylinder in the hydraulic compartment on the side of the saw box. Removal of the cylinder will eliminate costly cylinder failures and downtime.
